We pride ourselves on the quality and value of our products. Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you are not entirely content with your acquisition, we provide a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order.
Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect it. If you discover the item is defective, damaged, or if it's not the product you ordered, reach out to us promptly. This allows us to address the situation and provide a solution.
Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must remain in the condition you received it. Feel free to test its compatibility with your requirements. However, it must be returned in its original packaging without any extensive use or damage signs. To begin the return process, send an email to support@myhibachi.com, stating your order number and the reason for returning. We will supply a return shipping label and further instructions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Do note, there might be a delay for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you don’t receive the refund after 15 business days from our approval, contact us at support@myhibachi.com.
Exchanges
If your product is defective or damaged, we are happy to replace it. Send an email to support@myhibachi.com, including your order number and an image of the damaged/defective item. We will offer a return shipping label and further instructions for the exchange process.
Warranty
Our products have specific warranty terms. For instance, our handmade knives guarantee a lifetime warranty for the blade but not the handle, which covers material and workmanship defects. If you face any issues, please email support@myhibachi.com with your order details and a picture of the problem. We'll guide you on the return process for repair or replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We have some exceptions for returns. Items like perishable goods, custom-made products, and personal care items cannot be returned. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also non-returnable. Should you have doubts or concerns regarding a particular item, feel free to contact us.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
